I love when people replicate something common and then try to pass it off as new merely because it’s theirs. It’s so silly and uncool. But I think it happens a lot, in public and private sector alike. You know, updating a draft with a few lazy tweaks and circulating it. Copying something that an another org. does and bringing it home to yours. Having a focus group to focus on something crystal clear. Taking something old and naming it: NEW!
I love it for the farce and I hate it for the frequency. Life isn’t worth control-V-ing, is it? Anyways, I have a proposal that I’d love to get your feedback on. Can you get me some comments by Friday? It’s for something called a “wheel.”
- The wheel is round;
- The wheel can come in different sizes;
- The wheel may have spokes;
- The wheel can support weight when coupled with other wheels;
- The wheel could have rubber;
- The wheel has rolling capability.
What else? These wheels go round and round, all through the day!
OMG we’re gonna need BRAKES, too!
I’d add that said wheel can be made to go forward and backward, perhaps using vehicular force generated by human locomotion or an internal combustion engine.
